Job summary

Pragmist, a Dutch-based Zendesk Premier Partner, is expanding its Account Management team with a Netherlands presence. You will manage client relationships, ensure ongoing value from Zendesk, and spot cross-sell opportunities while handling sales flows.

Most work is remote with periodic client visits, events, or conferences. You’ll thrive if you’re skilled in Dutch and English, based in the Netherlands, and comfortable traveling for on-site client engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Based in the Netherlands and able to travel frequently for on-site client work.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Monitor Zendesk usage to ensure value and reduce churn.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities where beneficial to clients.
• Handle sales and order processes tied to your accounts.
• Be a trusted advisor that clients actually want to call.
