Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer inquiries, order processing, and invoicing.
• Follow up on quotations, trials, and samples.
• Provide internal sales support.
• Coordinate call-offs to enable delivery and maintain stock levels.
• Assist with customer payments analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Production and Transport Planning.
