Bluebird, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company in delivery software, is seeking a Founding Account Executive. You’ll be the first dedicated sales hire, taking over the founders’ sales today and scaling it.

You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle across Germany, the Netherlands, and international opportunities, with 9–12 month deals and ACVs of 300–500K. Remote-first with office visits every two months as onboarding intensifies.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle new-business SaaS sales experience.
• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals, €100K+ ideal.

Aufgaben

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: outbound, discovery, tailored demos, POCs/pilots and closing.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on complex enterprise deals with €300–500K ACVs.
• Navigate long (9–12 month) sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Target Germany, the Netherlands and international opportunities.
