Job summary

Bluebird is seeking the first dedicated sales hire to establish our enterprise SaaS footprint in Germany while supporting our Rotterdam-based operations in the Netherlands. You will own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, focusing on German enterprise logistics, delivery and retail accounts.

You will run discovery to uncover operational pain and tailor live demos and 4–6 week POCs to convert into multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle new-business SaaS sales.
Native or near-native German, fluent English.
Personally closed complex enterprise deals (€100K+ ACV).
Real hunter track record with long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
Entrepreneurial, sharp, and strong in discovery.
Nice to have: Dutch and a background in logistics, delivery, retail or FMCG.

Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle enterprise outbound, discovery, tailored demos, POCs and close.
Prospect outbound into German enterprise logistics, delivery and retail accounts.
Run discovery to identify real operational pain in delivery and planning workflows.
Build personalised demos showing the product inside the prospect's delivery app.
Manage 4–6 week POCs and pilots through to conversion.
Close complex deals with ~12-month cycles and negotiate with founders.
Build the sales playbook from scratch.
