Job summary

Ignite Travel Group in Arnhem, Netherlands, seeks a German-speaking customer advisor to bridge technical product knowledge with client relations. Qualifications

• German: C2 fluency in speaking and writing.
• Dutch: B2 level proficiency.
• 2+ years in customer service or technical advisory role.
• Interest in technical products, safety infrastructure, or construction-related structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for German customers via phone and email.
• Manage inquiries about product specs, availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Translate complex plans into product lists and quotes for clients.
• Process orders, returns, and quotations with data integrity in the system.
• Assist Dutch and English inquiries when team demands require.
• Suggest improvements to customer service workflows and efficiency.
