Job summary

Ignite is seeking a German-speaking customer advisor to act as the primary contact for our German customers. You will translate technical drawings into product lists and quotations while handling orders, returns, and inquiries.

The role involves collaboration across markets, with some remote work and a hybrid setup in Arnhem. You will engage with CRM systems, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to improving service workflows.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C2 level is required.
• Dutch proficiency at B2 level is required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, client support, or technical advisory roles.
• Interest in technical products, safety infrastructure, or construction-related structures.
• Flexible availability 24–38 hours per week with a 32-hour option.

Responsibilities

• Own the German customer communication channel via phone and email.
• Manage inquiries about product specs, orders, status, and delivery times.
• Translate complex plans into comprehensive product lists and quotes.
• Process orders, returns, and quotations accurately in the system.
• Support neighboring markets with Dutch and English inquiries when needed.
• Suggest improvements to customer service workflows and processes.
