Job summary

Jobster is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for European customers, with a primary focus on German-speaking clients. You will provide support via email, phone and WhatsApp while ensuring a seamless purchasing journey.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, German C1/C2 and Dutch B1/B2, and you must be located in the Dordrecht area. This fully on-site, full-time position offers 32–36 hours, 25 vacation days, travel allowance, an employee

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Dutch language proficiency at B1/B2 level
• Minimum 1 year in customer service role
• Located in Dordrecht area
• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions.
• Create and manage invoices and other administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Support customer experience initiatives and process improvements.
