Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is looking for a B2B Customer Representative for the DACH region based in the Netherlands. You’ll own customer accounts, safeguard order-to-delivery processes, and address issues to protect revenue and relationships.

You’ll need C2 German and strong English, a customer‑oriented mindset, and solid planning and communication skills to support sales targets. Hybrid work up to 3 days and a 13th month are offered.

• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• C2-level proficiency in German, combined with strong business proficiency in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset while maintaining a clear focus on achieving sales targets.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues during customer interactions and inform sales managers.
• Support achievement of sales targets by enabling timely corrective actions.
• Accept and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order correctness and delivery feasibility.
• Optimize order flow based on requested delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks independently.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries about orders, deliveries, and specific requirements
