Job summary

juucy in Arnhem is seeking a proactive Customer Advisor to serve our German-speaking client base, handling orders, technical specifications, and delivery timelines with a customer-first mindset.

You will translate architectural plans into product lists and binding quotations, manage orders and quotes, and collaborate across Dutch and English markets. Hybrid role with 1–2 remote days after onboarding; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C2 level.
• Dutch language proficiency at B2 level.
• At least 2 years in customer service, client support, or order processing.
• Able to work 24 to 38 hours per week with availability on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Fridays.
• Interest in technical products, hardware, or structural engineering solutions.
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for German customers via phone and email regarding orders, technical specs, and delivery timelines.
• Interpret customer needs and construction plans into product lists and binding quotations.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, returns, and price quotes with high accuracy.
• Support workflows across Dutch and English-speaking markets when needed.
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer experience and internal support processes.
