Job summary

Vintage.com is looking for a Customer Experience Agent in Duiven, Netherlands. You’ll join the EU Customer Experience team and support customers across phone, email and digital channels, helping them understand the service and resolve issues with care.

You’ll work with Operations and warehouse colleagues to ensure joined-up journeys, meet service levels and maintain high quality interactions. A background in customer service is valued.

• Ability to explain clearly and adapt to different customers.
• Confidence handling complaints or difficult conversations.

Responsibilities
