Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across multiple shifts at our Geldermalsen site. You will lead on-floor teams, drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs through hands-on leadership and disciplined processes.

You will translate data insights into concrete actions, manage incidents and planning escalations, and push Lean initiatives to remove friction from daily operations while supporting a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise shifts.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area.
• Provide hands-on leadership across multiple shifts.
• Handle major incidents and planning escalations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
• Drive delivery capacity, UPH, cost and timeliness metrics on the floor.
