Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager for Geldermalsen to lead daily operations, own area performance, and drive improvements using data and KPIs. You will supervise shifts, lead teams across multiple areas, and translate insights into concrete actions that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong process discipline, and the ability to turn insights into sustained execution on the floor.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years Supply Chain experience.
Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
Lean/continuous improvement experience.
Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and lead a shift on the floor.
Own area performance and drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
Lead multiple shifts, drive engagement, and develop on-floor leadership.
Handle incidents, plan management escalations, and drive productivity inputs.
Lead improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction in daily operations.
Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, and timeliness.
