Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to drive stable, high‑performance processes in Geldermalsen and across site locations in the Netherlands. You own day‑to‑day performance, lead multiple shifts, and translate insights into concrete actions to improve safety, quality and productivity.

You will implement Lean initiatives, manage incidents and planning, and push continuous improvement across inbound and outbound operations while developing teams and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and own area performance.
• Manage multiple shifts and teams.
• Translate analysis into concrete floor actions.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and delivery KPIs.
• Handle incidents and planning escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
