Job summary

Monex USA in Amsterdam is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to manage relationships with existing client accounts while onboarding new clients. You will interface with the Dealing Team and collaborate with Compliance and Risk to ensure regulatory adherence.

You will own the 360 Sales Cycle, generate leads, plan calls, deliver presentations, and drive growth through upselling and strategic client development.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in a B2B sales role.
• Experience in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
• Proven history of operating at an Executive level within a commercial sales environment (face-to-face and telephone).
• Clear understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong sales techniques including persuasion, negotiation, and closing.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FX products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in the 360 Sales Cycle.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation (sourcing & pitching).
• Planning Sales Calls, Meetings, and Post-Call Follow-Ups.
• Presentations & Documentation.
• Owning and Implementing Sales Strategies.
• Post-Sale Follow-Up, Repeat Sales & Upselling.
• Developing and maintaining strong Client Relationships (via Trading Team where appropriate).
