Job summary

DHL Express Maastricht is seeking a Customer Support Agent (Frontline) to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will be the main contact for our B2B customers, building strong relationships and resolving issues swiftly in the order-to-cash process.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication. You will manage various databases, route inquiries, and strive to answer most calls within seconds while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; preferably also French or German.
• Strong written skills (email) and communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and empathy in handling inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with databases/programs.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for our B2B customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Focus on order-to-cash process and e-billing inquiries.
• Manage databases and programs to provide timely responses.
• Distribute calls to appropriate resources to meet customer needs.
• Aim to answer 90% of incoming calls within 10 seconds and maintain quality.
