Job summary

DHL Freight in Eindhoven is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for our B2B customers within the CS / Key Account Desk. You will manage several accounts and rely on strong communication, commercial sense and administrative skills to deliver excellent service.

You will relieve customers of their transport tasks from A to Z, build long-term trust, and work closely with sales, import/export, invoicing and warehouse teams, including foreign DHL colleagues, to ensure

Qualifications

• - 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented support function (logistics preferred).
• - MBO+/HBO level working and thinking.
• - Fluent in English and/or Dutch; strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• - Serve as the main contact for customers in the CS / Key Account Desk and manage B2B accounts.
• - Maintain and present customer-specific and performance reports.
