Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is offering an HR internship focused on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within a dynamic international team. You will prepare new employees for their first day, handle HR-related questions with enthusiasm, and contribute to a supportive work environment in a 4-star hotel overlooking the IJ river.

The role includes selecting and hiring activities, organizing staff events, and assisting with daily HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• selecting and hiring activities, including creating function profiles, opening and closing positions on websites and informing candidates about their application procedure
• selecting and hiring trainees, including job interviews and contact with schools
• organizing staff events (Christmas drink, Sinterklaas and the staff party)
• assisting with the organization of school visits
• handling administrative tasks for new and leaving employees
• assisting with daily HR department tasks
• updating and completing personal files
• answering questions regarding labor law, collective labor agreement, contract, etc.
• welcoming new employees including paperwork and hotel tour
• organising personal events such as birthday cards and work anniversaries
