Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide the Front Office on shift, coach Hosts and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, manage scheduling, and uphold Hyatt brand standards while driving guest satisfaction.

The role includes onboarding new team members, performing performance reviews, and actively improving service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team on shift and coach Hosts.
• Manage cash handling, transactions and cashier accuracy.
• Approve upsells and respond to guest reviews.
• Oversee stock levels and inventory control.
• Ensure Hyatt brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage during absences.
• Onboard new team members and conduct performance reviews.
