Job summary

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to guide guest journeys from arrival to departure with warmth and professionalism. Lead shifts, ensure smooth check-ins/outs, and mentor a high-performing team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and experience with Property Management Systems (Opera is advantageous). Join a diverse, service-driven hotel group.

• Extensive guest service experience in hotel front office operations.
