Job summary

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic Front Office Team Leader to guide shifts, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example with a warm, professional approach and foster a welcoming atmosphere opposite Amsterdam Central Station.

You will coach colleagues, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

• You have experience working with Property Management Systems (Opera experience is advantageous).

• Ideally, you have previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Team Leader, or similar leadership role within a hotel environment.
