This Is What You're Going To Do

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;
• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees;
• You will be working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance;
• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;
• Assist the daily operations on different departments;
• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;
• Handling complaints according to procedure.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a supervisor role. You speak and write fluently in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team. Ideally, you are available end of March beginning of April.
