Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team with full responsibility for service standards, guest satisfaction, and daily operations.

You will be the natural host, ensuring a seamless guest experience, mentoring the team, and coordinating guest relations, concierge tasks and administrative duties. Strong English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as (Assistant) Front Office Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent guest service mindset with leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive upselling and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team with full professional and disciplinary responsibility.
• Ensure high performance, teamwork, and consistent service standards.
• Act as main guest contact for inquiries, concierge duties, and administration.
