Job summary

Park Plaza Vondelpark, part of PPHE Hotel Group, seeks a Front Office Management Intern to support daily operations and develop leadership skills in a vibrant Amsterdam hotel. You will engage guests, assist with reception duties, and collaborate across departments to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in hospitality studies, fluent in English, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in hospitality, hotel management, tourism or related study programme.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across the front office journey.
• Maintain a well-organised reception area and assist with operation supplies.
• Support Front Office Leaders with daily operations and teamwork.
• Assist with revenue generation through upselling hotel services and packages.
• Provide flexible support across departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B on guest requests.
• Complete administrative duties and uphold brand standards.
