Job summary

Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager who thrives on variety and leads with calm authority. You will support the Front Office Manager, coach the team, ensure smooth check-ins and drive a culture of service and performance.

With at least 2 years of Front Office leadership, you’ll turn guest feedback into improvements and help grow revenue through guest journeys while staying hands-on and visible in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership experience in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and organize effectively.
• Commercial mindset to support revenue goals and guest journeys.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• EU citizen or valid NL work permit required.
