Job summary

The Social Hub Rotterdam is seeking a proactive Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, welcome guests, and guide the team during shifts.

You’ll coach, motivate, handle requests, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B, manage bookings and payments, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining a warm, inclusive vibe. Fluent in English and Dutch; 1–3 years of hospitality experience required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in front office/supervisor roles.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable with modern hotel systems and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and supervise the team during shifts.
• Coach and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment.
• Welcome guests and handle requests to ensure memorable stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and admin tasks.
• Identify upsell opportunities for rooms and local experiences.
• Share guest feedback to elevate service quality.
• Onboard new team members and foster a supportive vibe.
