Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team during service, keep energy high, and ensure guests leave smiling. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, assist in onboarding new team members, and keep daily operations running smoothly on shift.

You’ll stay hands-on, resolve issues on the floor, and maintain service standards across teams. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a senior waiter, barista or bartender.
• Ability to lead the front-of-house during service.
• Strong communication skills and composure in busy periods.
• Comfort with guest-facing interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor and resolve small issues on the spot.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
• Maintain smooth daily operations: setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Be present on the floor, engage with guests, and assist where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and report irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
