The Social Hub (B Corp™) invites an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality concept in The Netherlands. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure smooth service, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver warm, attentive experiences at every seating.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as senior waiter, barista, or bartender.
• Ability to lead a team during service.
• Clear communication and calm under pressure.
• Strong eye for detail and consistency in service.
• Genuine hospitality energy and guest-facing approach.
• Able to work with diverse teams and lead by example.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide your crew on the floor and resolve small issues on the spot.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly: setups, stock, cleanliness, safety.
• Stay present on the floor, engage with guests, and assist where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and report irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to hit them.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain flow.
