Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival to ensure smooth check-in.
• Support front office with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Communicate guest preferences to departments and handle VIP arrivals.
• Learn procedures, checklists, and shift handovers.
