Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport offers a Front Office Internship starting September 2026 for 5 or 6 months. You will be the face of the hotel, supporting check-ins/check-outs and guest requests while learning front office operations in a dynamic international environment.

You gain hands-on experience, develop hospitality skills, and work with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach.
• Enjoys working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery.
• Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication.
• Assist with reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks.
• Deliver excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest enquiries.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems to support operational excellence.
