Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, located near Schiphol, offers a Front Office Internship starting September 2026 for 5 or 6 months. You will be the face of the hotel and gain hands-on experience in Front Office operations within an international setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in hospitality studies, fluent in English, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team. The internship includes meals during shifts and hotel-rate discounts, with a monthly gross allowance of €550.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Available for 5–6 month internship.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.
• Proactive attitude with a guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure consistent service.
• Assist with check-ins/outs and guest requests across channels.
• Support reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks.
• Deliver excellent guest service and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming Front Office environment aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems.
