Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Office Intern to gain hands-on experience in one of the hotel's most dynamic departments, learning day-to-day operations and guest service.

The internship offers training through Minor Hotels University, international career opportunities, and employee discounts, with start in late September or early October 2026 and the requirement to provide a school internship agreement and residence in the Netherlands during the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Available to start internship in late September or early October 2026.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.
• Able to provide a school internship agreement.
• Residence in the Netherlands during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Assist with Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.
• Respond to online guest reviews and help monitor guest satisfaction.
• Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests when needed.
• Assist with the night audit process and other reporting tasks.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to enhancing the guest experience.
