Job summary

Art'otel Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Intern for the September 2026 intake. Located in the heart of the hotel, you will be welcomed into our Front Office team and gain hands-on experience in guest check-in, check-out, and service delivery.

We offer an €550 internship allowance, meals during shifts, staff discounts, and learning opportunities across Europe. The ideal candidate has strong English, is hospitality-focused, team oriented, and eager to grow through varied front-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

• Front Office Intern with at least 5 months internship in hospitality.
• Good command of English and excellent communication.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Interest in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warm welcome and smooth check-in/out procedures.
• Learn front-of-house operations and guest service.
• Proactively resolve guests' issues and provide recommendations.
• Support team with daily Front Office tasks.
