Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Available for minimum 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Can start internship in late September or early October 2026.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy working with different teams and departments.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and stays calm under pressure.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to provide a school internship agreement.
• Residential address in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the hotel across multiple departments.
• Assist with guest relations and handle guest feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams for smooth operation.
• Conduct operational checks and support quality and brand standards.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are handled with care.
• Support reporting, administrative tasks, and operational follow-up.
• Contribute to hotel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent hospitality and service.
