Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is offering a Front Office Intern position in Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hotel, learning day-to-day operations under guidance from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Available to start internship in late September or early October 2026.
• Good command of English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests during their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Assist Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.
• Respond to online guest reviews and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests as needed.
• Assist with night audit processes and reporting tasks.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience.
