Your Role at a Glance
As a Front Office Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic departments of the hotel. Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn about the day-to-day operations of a hotel while developing valuable skills in guest service, communication, and hospitality.
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Support guests throughout their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Assist with Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Respond to online guest reviews and help monitor guest satisfaction.
- Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
- Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests when needed.
- Assist with the night audit process and other reporting tasks.
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to enhancing the guest experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- You are available to start your internship in late September or early October 2026.
- You enjoy interacting with people and are passionate about delivering great guest experiences.
- You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You have a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- You are flexible and available to work on various shifts, including weekends and occasional nights.
- You are able to provide a school internship agreement.
- You have a residential address in the Netherlands during your internship.
