Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is offering a Front Office Internship in Amsterdam. After a training period, you will assist with check-in/out and front desk administration, while learning upselling and guest service skills to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.

We value an energetic, guest-focused approach and English fluency; Dutch is a plus. This internship includes training via Minor Hotels University Northern Europe and opportunities for growth within the company worldwide.

Qualifications

• You are a student.
• Available from September 2026.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out after training; perform front office admin tasks.
• Maintain close contact with guests and provide information.
• Learn upselling and handling guest complaints.
• Create a welcoming team atmosphere for all guests.
