Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field.
• Immediate start date.
• Enjoy interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and some nights.
• Provide a school internship agreement.
• Residential address in the Netherlands during internship.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests during their stay and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist Front Office administration and daily operational tasks.
• Respond to online guest reviews and help monitor guest satisfaction.
• Support cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Manage Lost & Found requests and follow up with guests.
• Assist with the night audit process and reporting tasks.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience.
