NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is seeking a Front Office Intern to assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a landmark property. After training, you will assist with check-in/out and a range of front desk tasks while learning upselling and guest service skills.

You will be part of a team that values hospitality, accuracy and a welcoming atmosphere, with opportunities to grow within Minor Hotels across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn front office operations.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out after training period.
• Handle front office administrative tasks.
• Provide guests with information and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a welcoming team atmosphere.
