Job summary

NH Collection is seeking a Front Office Intern in Amsterdam to help deliver a warm, efficient guest experience. After training, you will check guests in and out, perform essential front desk tasks, and engage with guests to provide information and upsell services.

You will learn and apply guest relations, upselling, and complaint handling while contributing to a welcoming team environment. Start date is September 2026 in a hospitality-focused role.

Qualifications

• Available from September 2026 and has hospitality experience.
• Approachable person with good guest interactions.
• Energetic working with international guests.
• Accurate and flexible in a dynamic hotel front desk.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strives for perfect service in guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support front office operations after training and assist check-in/out.
• Handle administrative tasks essential for front office management.
• Maintain close guest contact and provide information and upselling opportunities.
• Assist with handling complaints professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and guest welcome.
