Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Netherlands is offering a Front Office Intern role. After structured training you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs, support essential front desk tasks, and engage with guests to ensure a memorable stay.

You will develop upselling skills and learn to handle guest feedback and complaints with care. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus, and a five-month minimum commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Available to start in July/August for a minimum period of five months.
• Approachable and energetic when dealing with (international) guests.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs after training.
• Answer guest questions and provide recommendations to enhance their stay.
• Develop skills in upselling and managing guest feedback with professionalism.
