Job summary

NH Amersfoort is seeking a Front Office Intern to join our team and ensure guests are welcomed with warmth and efficiency. After structured training, you will manage check-ins/check-outs and support essential front desk tasks while interacting with guests from around the world.

The role offers a hands-on experience in guest service, with opportunities to learn upselling and respond to guest feedback, contributing to memorable stays. Starts July/August for at least five months.

Qualifications

• Must be available to start in July or August for a minimum of five months.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front office operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with a warm, professional approach.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth Front Office operations.
• Develop skills in upselling and handling guest feedback.
