Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Noordwijkerhout invites you to join our Front Office team as an Internship. After structured training, you will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs and support daily front desk operations.

You will communicate with international guests, offer recommendations to enhance their stay, and develop early skills in guest relations and upselling. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Available to start in July/August for minimum period of five months.
• Able to work with international guests.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Accurate and flexible; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs after structured training.
• Assist with front office administrative tasks and guest inquiries.
• Provide guest recommendations and respond to feedback with professionalism.
• Contribute to team events and daily front office operations.
