Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Intern who will be the face of the hotel while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality. This iconic hotel in Amsterdam is looking for individuals passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

The internship begins in September 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months, with a monthly allowance of €550 gross. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in a hospitality program and must be available for the internship period.

Qualifications

• Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Support the guest journey including check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with Front Office tasks including reservations.
• Deliver excellent guest service.
• Maintain a welcoming Front Office environment.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Learn hotel procedures and standards.
