Qualifications

• Available for an internship of 5–6 months.
• Eligible to intern in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a positive environment.
• Assist with front office tasks: check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Support reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and apply hotel procedures and systems to support excellence.
