Job summary

Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam offers a Front Office Internship in a boutique hotel setting. You will gain hands-on experience in all Front Office operations while learning hospitality skills in a welcoming, dynamic environment.

The internship starts in September 2026 for 5 or 6 months, with an internship allowance of €550 gross per month (full-time). Eligible students will join a team focused on guest experiences and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out
• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests from around the world
• Assist with guest enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
• Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards and systems
• Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming Front Office environment
