Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an educational institution during the internship period.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest service; positive attitude.
• Team player with ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home on arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out after training completion.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest requests daily.
• Provide personalised recommendations and local insights.
• Support front office administration and teamwork across departments.
