Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Perform check-in/check-out after training period.
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and Front Office tasks.
• Provide tailored recommendations and local insights to travellers.
• Develop upselling, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Help create an atmosphere where every guest feels cared for.
