Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest 4-star hotels in the Netherlands. You will join as a Team Member Front Office, the first and last contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out and assisting with questions.

You’ll handle general admin tasks and be part of a supportive team at a busy property. You’ll work with a dedicated team of around 135 colleagues, with opportunities to grow and benefit from Accor's hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Availability for 2–5 days per week.
• Experience with hotel management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with questions or requests and handle admin tasks.
• Be part of a supportive, enthusiastic Front Office team.

What are you going to do?

As a Team Member Front Office, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests at Novotel Amsterdam City. We believe you deliver your best service when you can truly be yourself, and we encourage you to bring your personality to every interaction. You ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and assist guests with any questions or requests they may have. You will also handle general administrative tasks within the Front Office department. And of course, you won’t do this alone, you’ll be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team member, who has a true passion for hospitality, likes to work within a team, is flexible with an eye for detail. Besides this you have;

• Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language;
• You are available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days a week;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
