Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the English language is required, Dutch language is a plus.

• Attend to guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Work according to hotel standards, including night shifts.

A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Ensures that all guests receive a warm welcome and courteous welcome upon check-in and check-out
• Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the room rate
• Creates memorable luxury experiences for our guests.
• Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts
• Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary
• Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities
