Novotel Amsterdam City zoekt een Front Office Team Member voor deeltijdwerk. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten bij in- en uitchecken en beantwoordt vragen met professionele gastvrijheid. Je voert administratieve taken uit en werkt nauw samen met een gepassioneerd team.

As a Team Member Front Office, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests at Novotel Amsterdam City. You ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and assist guests with any questions or requests they may have. You will also handle general administrative tasks within the Front Office department. And of course, you won't do this alone, you'll be part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
